Kelly & Tammy

Kelly, with over 22 years in the business, was born and raised in Del Mar. Still living in her old neighborhood, she brings a wealth of knowledge for coastal properties only a true native can possess.After a 10 year partnership with John McChristy (retired broker associate) in Rancho Santa Fe, Kelly embarked on another partnership with Tammy Tidmore.

Tammy has spent her entire career in the Rancho Santa Fe offices of Willis Allen. After several successful collaborative transactions with Kelly, a partnership was a natural segue. Representing literally 100’s of transactions for buyers as well as seller alike, this duo are truly the Ranch and Coast experts. With a higher than average dual agency representation quota, this speaks to their dedication for bringing both buyers and sellers together for a trouble free experience.

Although the duo works autonomously, their firm, Willis Allen Real Estate supports them by protecting their core values and representing their listings to its global affiliates worldwide. Active in numerous charities, Tammy and Kelly are especially supportive of several that are close to their hearts. Susan G. Komen is one of those, actively participating in several fundraisers a year, housing out of town walkers for the three day event and walking the 5k in Orange County in honor of those close to us who have been touched by this disease. Animal charities rank high as well, while both Kelly and Tammy have adopted dogs; Kelly with her Australian Shepard, Maddie, and Tammy with her Goldens, George and Gracie. Local charities include Helen Woodward in Rancho Santa Fe and The Golden Retriever Rescue of Great Los Angeles.

Guide Dogs of the Desert is a charity organization Kelly and Tammy became involved in about 2 years ago. Awareness of this well run organization came after several clients and friends became ‘puppy raisers’. Looking into how this guide dog school, breeds/raises (via carefully selected puppy raisers)/trains these magnificent animals to do their life’s work; guiding their sight impaired partner through life,intrigued the pair. March 2011 they were a part of a fund raiser that allowed them to ‘sponsor’ a guide dog puppy and christen him with a name. Kelly and Tammy named this yellow lab puppy, ‘Willis’, in honor of the founder of our company (and animal advocate) Willis Allen.
